Job Summary:Dexian is seeking a IT Program Manager V for an opportunity with a client located in Chicago, IL.Responsibilities:Support the governance and oversight of critical Global Technology program execution and issues resolution that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a functionStrong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal outcomesCommunicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resourcesBuild positive give and take relationships with stakeholders and uses the right questions and tools to uncover root causes to challenges, identifies opportunities, and make recommendationsCultivates a positive team culture and ensures broader collaboration across the enterpriseAnalyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be metEstablish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risksEstablish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changesRequirements:10+ Years of Project/Program Management ExperienceAgile tools (Jira) -Agile experience preferredSelf-starter with ability to work independently as well as leading or participating in a cross-functional team environmentHands on ability leading projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigationDemonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAble to lead cross-functional teams in the execution of program objectivesHigh level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with sensitive audit and regulatory mattersAdvanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPointProven presentation skills (written and oral): ability to present key messages, recommendations and information in a clear, concise and insightful way and synthesize information key to relevant points to Senior Executives across the EnterpriseProven executive presence, horizontal and strategic thinker with the ability to influence effectively at all levels within the organizationDemonstrates a good sense of judgment, knows when to escalate and how to manage expectationsConsiders a diverse set of data points and inputs and is decisive in solutioningGlobal Technology experience preferredBusiness & Risk Management experience preferredRegulatory experience preferredAudit experience preferredWorking knowledge of bank policies, programs and proceduresPrior experience handling multiple facets of an end-to-end business: financial management, project management, governance, operations and technology management, and strategy initiativesDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
