Help to ensure smooth sales team operations as well as create and maintain good customer relationships.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problemsProvide data and guides to help the sales teamCompile data, generate reports, and monitor performance indicators and sales / marketing trendsManage sales tracking tools and report on important informationAssist Head of Sales with tracking specific sales strategiesReview pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experienceAssist with proposal writing and reviewing Develop and monitor marketing material Support planning and implementation of customer and industry events QUALIFICATIONSPursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or Engineering TechnologyMaster Degree preferedPrevious sales experience or sales support experience is a plusHighly experienced with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerpointBasic understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesExcellent communication skills, including persuasion and assertivenessAnalytical and multitasking skillsTeamwork and motivational skills
