Job Summary:
The Production Finance Coordinator will support three Production Finance Executives and productions that they are currently assigned. This position interacts with all of the shows on a daily basis.
Essential Responsibilities:
Set up show accountants and their staff with all required hardware, software and forms
Coordination of weekly payroll, disbursement of pay checks, upload payroll invoices into VISTA
Audit all purchasing cards and petty cash envelopes for accuracy and compliance with UTV policies in prep and wrap
Submit all purchasing card applications to the administrator and verify all approvals
Prepare and book journal entries, including recoupments
Request wire transfers
Run various VISTA reports as required by Production Financial Executive
Manage all mail and federal express packages that are received and shipped daily
Daily communication with the accounting staffs working in the field
Handles production accounting functions prior to the start of the production accounting staff
Assist in the running of reports during quarterly and yearly close
Run ad hoc reports
Assist Production Financial Executive or Production accountants with SAP inquiries and/or reports
Manage master Show assignment and Show Calendar
General processing of information; facilitation and distribution
Provide administrative assistance as needed to Production Finance Executives as well as Production Finance Associates
Basic Requirements:
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Vista production accounting software
1+ year of experience working in industry finance or production experience
Basic knowledge of show payroll and completion of employment forms
Understand basic accounting principles

Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
