About The Role:
This job is part of the Lease Administration. They are responsible for portfolio administration, daily operations, and managing relationships with internal and external customers.
What You'll Do:
•Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Lead all aspects of the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
•Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department goal dates. Mentor and coach as needed.
•Manage the process of producing timely and accurate client reports and services. Point of contact for all aspects of the client relationship.
•Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
•Build and communicate standard processes and provide training for the team.
•Establish a forum for ongoing review and refinement of methods of doing business.
•Oversee both audit and implementation SWAT teams. Prepare detailed correspondence for clients regarding audit findings and make recommendations.
•Review complex leased and owned portfolios to identify risk, audit, accuracy, and value.
•Communicate directly with key partners on the status of accounts.
•Review the quality of work produced by lease administration team members.
•Participate in the preparation and delivery of RFPs to existing and potential clients.
•Meet with large and high-profile clients to review services provided, propose additional services, and obtain updates.
•Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own field, and how own it integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
•Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to embrace a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
•Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
•Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
•Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within job subject area.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Knowledge of Yardi Voyager strongly preferred.
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job field, multiple job fields, and department.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mentality.
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Lease Administration Manager position is $140,000 annually [or $67.31 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Senior Lease Administration Manager position is $160,000 annually [or $76.92 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
