KinderCare seeks a Community Partnerships Lead to join our education team. The role involves connecting centers with local partners and programs to support children's health, wellbeing, and education. The position includes developing and maintaining external program partnerships and assisting centers in assessing and meeting family and child needs. It is an excellent opportunity for an early childhood education professional to make a meaningful impact on children and families across our centers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and lead strategic partnerships with community agencies, universities, healthcare organizations, and nonprofits to deliver multi-site support services such as health screenings, family support programs, and educational resources.Provide strategic oversight and mentorship to center leadership in operationalizing services, ensuring alignment with KinderCare's mission and standards.Design and implement scalable solutions for addressing the physical, mental, and behavioral health needs of children and families across multiple states.Run high-level partner relations, including negotiating and maintaining service agreements, ensuring accountability, and encouraging long-term collaboration.Measure and report impact, including analyzing and communicating data to partners to demonstrate program outcomes and advise strategic decisions.Lead training and resource development to support center leaders and field staff in delivering services optimally.Travel up to 30% of the timeQualifications

Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or program management role, preferably in a multi-site or regional capacity.Proven experience in developing and managing partnerships with community agencies, universities, and partners to implement in-center services, including health screenings, family support programs, and related resources.Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple priorities, and drive measurable results with attention to detail.Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, build strategies from the ground up, and implement processes for scale.Strong written, verbiage, and organizational skills.Our benefits meet you where you are.
