The nurses in our Progressive Critical Care Unit care for some of the most medically delicate and surgically complex patients in our region, including respiratory failure, sepsis, closed head injuries, multi system organ dysfunction, endocrine disorders, complex traumas, surgical complications, and more.Must be competent in the care of medical and surgical populations and advanced hemodynamics including pressor usage per titration protocols.Experience with antihypertensive drips, sedative and narcan drips, thrombo-embolytics, a line, cvp, EVD, ortho traction, infection prevention protocols, HFNC, BiPap/Cpap, and oxypendent is required.Nurses with large scale adult PCU experience and community hospital ICU experience tend to do well in this area.The average patient load is 3 high acuity patients.Schedule Information
