The Job:

As an National Account Manager, you will be supporting the largest Industrial Distributor Inside Sales Team working as hybrid employee in San Antonio, TX. You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive support to channel partners to drive sales growth and ensure seamless operations. You'll get to:

Serve as the main point of contact for distribution partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Assist Inside Sales through leadership engagement and daily ride-a-long calls with the Inside Sales Team.

Assist in developing sales strategies and executing sales tactics tailored to distribution partners and their end users.

Coordinate product training, promotional materials, and sales tools for distribution partners.

Manage and process orders from distribution partners, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and communicate updates to partners and internal teams.

Work with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and efficient order fulfillment.

Track and analyze sales performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management and distribution partners.

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information related to distribution partners.

Work closely with internal teams to support distribution channel needs and coordinate joint marketing efforts.

Address and resolve issues in the distribution channel, acting as a liaison between partners and internal teams.

The Person:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in inside sales, distribution channel support, or a similar role.

Experience working with distribution channels or within a supplier environment is highly preferred.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make actionable recommendations.

Understanding of distribution channels, sales processes, and the supply chain.

Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates (e.g., manufacturing, wholesale, technology).
