Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain effective relationships with all clients and staff
Works together with Branch Warehouse Manager and other warehouse employees, relative to Shipping and Receiving
Confirms, adjusts, and finalizes incoming materials
Performs Test report verification
Codes and enters all AP invoices for management approval
Scans all official documents into Imaging process in a timely manner
Finalizes and distributes Manifest for Relays and Local deliveries
Works in conjunction with Sales Management, IAM, TM’s and customers relative to Sales Support
Finalizes and invoices Sales Orders
Performs material expedites with mills for our customers
Works on Customer Portal updates, etc.
Maintain inventory of all office supplies and place required purchase orders.
Distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail.
All other administrative duties as requested.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to three years related industry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience
Possess effective communication skills which include verbal and written
Must have experience with Microsoft Office
Willingness to learn mainframe program (Metalware)
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenanceinstructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oralinstructions
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
