Academic Breast Radiation Oncologist

The Johns Hopkins Department of Radiation Oncology and Molecular Radiation Sciences is seeking an outstanding academically-focused breast radiation oncologist to join the Department at our Johns Hopkins Sibley Memorial Hospital location in Washington, D.C. Clinical activities will include leading the Johns Hopkins breast radiation oncology service across all sites and close multi-disciplinary collaboration with breast surgeons, medical oncology and the diverse multi-disciplinary complement of breast cancer care providers. Participation within the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center will be encouraged, and the successful candidate will work closely with the integrated clinical team at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, the National Capital Region, and The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Research can combine clinical, physics and/or biology-based interests, with an emphasis on innovative clinical trials.
Requirements include an M.D. degree(s), ABR board certification (preferred) or eligibility, demonstrated clinical competency in Radiation Oncology and a strong interest in the clinical care and research of breast cancer patients.
