We seek a highly motivated Solution Engineer to join Pfizer's Digital Commercial and Customer Creation Center (C4) Digital Technology team for solution delivery for Pfizer's Specialty market access and field reimbursement teams.
As an Integrations Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for understanding CRM & omni channel communications workflows, data models, and best practices to ensure smooth data flow from CRM (Salesforce, Polaris, and others) and OCC omni channel communication tools (AWS Connect, NICE, etc) into our data warehouse (PSSP). You will collaborate with CRM, OCC, and data warehouse teams to assess the impact of changes, coordinate timing, and ensure stakeholders are aware of how changes upstream will impact data warehouse operations and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Own data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes that capture and integrate CRM (Salesforce, Polaris, and others) and OCC omni channel communication tools (AWS Connect, NICE, etc) data into the data warehouse (PSSP).
Communicate upcoming changes in upstream platforms to the data warehouse team and other stakeholders, providing guidance on how these changes will impact data warehouse operations and reporting.
Lead and manage projects involving new data integrations to or from the CRM/OCC, including defining project scope, developing plans and milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, and other steps ensuring successful project delivery.
Execute technical requirements of projects by developing and implementing solutions using programming languages, frameworks, and tools aligned with project specifications and best practices, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to Pfizer coding standards, documentation (Jira User Stories, Deployment guides, etc), and testing requirements per our ADLC methodologies.
Develop and maintain documentation related to CRM/OCC data integration processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational efficiency.
You will have the opportunity to:
Serve as the subject matter expert in CRM (Salesforce, Polaris, and others) and OCC omni channel communication tools (AWS Connect, NICE, etc) workflows, data models, and best practices, ensuring seamless data integration into the data warehouse (PSSP).
Collaborate closely with the CRM/OCC teams to understand upcoming changes, assess their impact on data warehouse operations, and coordinate timing accordingly.
Work with stakeholders in the data warehouse team to understand reporting and analytics requirements, ensuring accurate and timely availability of CRM/OCC data.
Troubleshoot data integration issues in collaboration with the CRM/OCC teams, maintaining data integrity and accuracy within the data warehouse.
Stay updated on the latest CRM/OCC product features and enhancements, evaluating their potential impact on data warehouse operations and providing recommendations for implementation.
Qualifications:
Must-Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of relevant experience emphasizing application support, development, or systems engineering.
Extensive experience working with Salesforce workflows, data models, and best practices, with a focus on data integration.
Extensive experience working with telephony/chat/email/SMS (AWS Connect, NICE, etc) workflows, data models, and best practices, with a focus on data integration.
Strong understanding of data warehouse (Snowflake, Redshift, ETC) concepts and ETL processes (Informatica, AWS Glue, etc), with experience in integrating CRM (Salesforce) data into a data warehouse environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess the impact of changes and troubleshoot data integration issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Nice-To-Have
Knowledge of systems within the Patient Services function such as Salesforce Health Cloud
Skills in Tableau, Data IKU, JavaScript frameworks, R, or Python
Knowledge of AWS S3, including experience managing S3 buckets, access controls, and data lifecycle management.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $195,500.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
