Overview
As a member of the Employee Relations team, works to create an employment culture consistent with Hospital values, which will engage employees, reduce employment related liabilities, and protect hospital assets. Responsible for delivering specific employee relations services to the organization by partnering closely with other members of the Employee Relations team along with other members of the boarder HR team. As a member of the Employee Relations team, advises in the areas of accommodations, corrective actions related to compliance adherence, and general policy interpretation to assist in creating an employment environment consistent with Hospital values and that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion. Uses employment law and employee relations knowledge to coordinate standard processes and assists employees and leaders in understanding hospital policies.

If you and have any concerns about receiving these vaccines, medical and/or religious exemptions can be further discussed with Human Resources.
Responsibilities
Serves as the subject matter expert on Accommodations and CM's Accommodation Process
Serves as the initial point of contact for the Employee Relations Team and triages incoming requests.
Advises and ensures consistency with the corrective action process for compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years experience HR Generalist experience. Employee Relations preferred
PHR or SHRM-CP Preferred

Starting Pay
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $31.02/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
Remote Work/Work from Home
This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
