The M&A Project Manager will oversee the project management of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives. The M&A Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior executives, and external advisors to drive successful project completion from due diligence to post-merger integration.Role and Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end project activities for M&A transactions, ensuring timely progress and alignment with company goals and deadlines.Coordinate and conduct due diligence processes, gathering critical information, identifying risks, and developing insights into target companies.Partner with teams from finance, legal, HR, Operations, IT, and Marketing to integrate acquired entities, aligning them with Paradigm’s standards and culture.Develop detailed integration plans and oversee their execution, ensuring a smooth transition for acquired practices and minimizing operational disruptions.Work with finance teams to assess valuation models, review financial statements, and forecast the financial impact of transactions.Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations to keep stakeholders updated on M&A progress, challenges, and outcomes.Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements within the healthcare and oral health sectors.Conduct market analysis to identify acquisition targets aligned with strategic goals and evaluate new business opportunities.Monitor the performance of acquired practices against defined goals, and adjust integration plans as necessary to ensure maximum value creation.Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.Minimum of 5 years in project management, with at least 3 years focused on M&A in healthcare or a related industry.Strong project management skills with a proven record of managing complex M&A transactions from start to finish.Familiarity with M&A processes, due diligence, integration strategies, and change management within the healthcare industry.Financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial statements and perform basic financial modeling.
