ATA Services Inc is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Agent to work on a temporary assignment with Motor Vehicle Department in Santa Fe, NM.Start Date: ASAPPay Rate: $16.00 per hour with weekly payLocation: 1100 South St Francis Drive • Santa Fe, NM 8750540 hours per week; Monday - Friday 8am - 5pmMust be able to pass background check and fingerprintingJob Duties:Utilizes MVD's data systems to process driver transactions.Reviews each transaction's supporting documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal law.Receives and processes for transactions conducted in person, by mail or by phone.Provides quality customer service by greeting and serving customers in person, telephonically, via the Internet, or by mail.Evaluates process flows to ensure work is completed on-time and efficiently and revises work flows if necessary.Promotes quality customer service by applying customer sensitivity practices.Keeps up to date with MVD policies and procedures by accessing any changes in the MVD manual.Acts as a liaison to courts, law enforcement, and other government agenciesAssisting with Hearing requestsWorks with DWI ConvictionsSuspension and reinstatement of credentialsWorks with medical requestsATA Services, Inc., expressly prohibits any form of workplace harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
