Real Estate Sales (Mid Level)McLean, VAPay: $50,000 plus commission
MUST:Experienced Sales Professional with 5-7 years experience in Real Estate Development/Project Management , possess a multi-disciplinary skill set and the ability to effectively prospect and attract investors to participate in the development and construction projects in multi-family real estate.Hunter sales mentality, goal driven and self-motivatedDemonstrated success in selling real estate projects to investorsKnowledge of relevant and immediate sales contacts preferredMust be comfortable presenting complete solutions in groups settingsTrack record of being organized, efficient, and able to manage a high number of prospects at different stages of the sales processSelf-disciplined, results driven, and accustomed to winning sales awards through consistent high performanceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com (or similar CRM)
DUTIES:This position reports directly to the Director of SalesResponsible for new business development via client outreach including cold calls e-mails, follow-ups, meetings and attendance at industry eventsPreparing daily responses and follow-up with prospectsPreparing Presentations and Pitch DeckExcellent Oral and Written skillsAdvising clients (Buyers, Sellers, and Investors) in achieving their investment real estate goals pertaining to valuation, acquisitions and dispositionsPreparing financial analyses of clients' properties, market comparable data and research (Pro-Forma)Researching the local real estate market and staying up-to-date on industry trendsSales and Marketing Activities - exclusive property listings to qualified buyersProspecting new client relationships, and networking with other industry professionalsNegotiating exclusive buyer and seller agreements, Letter-of-Intents, and various other AgreementsHosting Webinars, and in-person seminarsSocial Media CampaignsQuadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
