Implementing and maintainingPalo Alto infrastructure.Hands on experience on Palo Alto Firewall/Panaroma is mustHandling critical escalation and driving P1/P2Preparing Monthly/Weekly reports and mentoring teammatesProvisioning firewall policies, based on consultation with customer and running Improvement plans to regularly cleanup unused policiesUnderstanding/Identifying risks and driving them to closure with remediation plansFollowing threat advisories and providing necessary fix based on OEM suggestionsProviding on-going support & Troubleshootingfirewall, VPN, IPS & Proxy infrastructure problems.Troubleshooting firewall, Proxy & Threat Protection problems as reported by customers.8 to 12 years of hands-on experience on security domain managing Security Infrastructure
Required skills:
Experience with Firewall & Network, such as Switching, Routing, IPSEC VPNs, Tunnelling and Security.Ensure all network security rulesare configured according to least privileged access and best practices following standards. Access controls and firewall rulesets must be in place to ensure that users and Services only have access to the Networks they are authorized to use.Remediation of network security compliance reports generated daily, including the deviation of security standards configurations on a global scale.Performing device replacements and firmware upgrades when required as part of troubleshooting.Troubleshooting customer authentication incidents (Most common incident from users nowadays).Monitoring performance and availability of firewall devices using Customer Network Monitoring ToolsGood knowledge and troubleshooting skill on Firewalls and ProxyGood hands-on experience in administration of Proxy/NAC solution will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:-
The key responsibility is to manage and administrate core security components like Firewalls, Proxy & Threat Protection. Monitoring of all services is important to ensure all services are up and running. Faster troubleshooting skill to analyze and provide fix at the earliest to user reported incidents.
