DUTIES:Conduct patient interviews to gather and document basic medical history, and ensure patients feel comfortable and informed.Efficiently schedule appointments, handle phone calls, arrange lab services, and coordinate CT, MRI, and surgeries as needed.Update and file medical records and insurance documents accurately and timely.Take and record vital signs, assist healthcare providers during exams and procedures, administer allergy shots, and assist with allergy testing. Handle copay collections, manage balance dues, and ensure the treatment rooms and instruments are prepared, cleaned, and sanitized.Mix serums and administer allergy shots, working closely with the doctor to provide high-quality care to our patients.
