We are hiring an Electrical Engineer to support the power / lighting design and engineering of a wide variety of building projects.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team with a passion for designing high performance buildings. You will be part of a multidiscipline firm working on diverse projects in civic, healthcare, corporate, education, and other market sectors.
What the Electrical Engineer Will Do:
Develop power distribution layouts, interconnections, and optimize equipment sizing.Create innovative designs for lighting, photometrics, control, and low voltage systems.Review and provide constructive feedback on design submissions.Perform critical short circuit and fault current calculations to ensure safety and compliance.Conduct on-site field verifications to ensure design accuracy.Oversee construction administration tasks to maintain project timelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program7+ years of progressive electrical design experience with buildingsProfessional Engineer, Minnesota preferredUnderstanding of electrical standards, codes, concepts
