Position: Manager Cyber Security Engineering
Responsible for managing the Application Security Team and responsible for the following systems: User and Role administration, SAP BRIM, SAP S4 HANA, FIORI, REVREC, COUPA, HFM, Workday, Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, HANAE DB, and Kyriba. Responsible for project planning and managing any new system implementations, upgrades, and maintenance. Responsible for implementing and executing SAP Security policies and procedures to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of SAP systems in support of the SAP applications. Work with business and IT teams, and compliance teams to identify segregation of duties (SODs) and to build a rule matrix, involved in preparing a role matrix sheet with permissions that can be given and cannot be given based on employee position for HANA Database, and respond to end-user requests according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and enforced Security practices and procedures consistently. Configure end-to-end HANA GRC ID-based super user access management and configure Access request management as well as Access risk analysis. Support end-user production access issues. Implement end-to-end GRC 10.1 Access control. Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management, and Access Request Management modules. Work on HANA Application and Database security. Upgrade GRC system service pack from 15 to 20. Work with auditors on ITGC / SOX controls to close interim and roll-forward auditing and testing to ensure no process gap. Review deficiency log and address issues within the time. Set up MSMP workflows and BRF+ rules to have an automatic approval process in place for emergency access, SAP access request functionalities. Supervises 2 to 4 subordinates with titles such as Sr Cyber Security Engineer and Sr Cyber Security Analyst.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Biotechnology, or a related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience. Must also have demonstrated experience with each of the following: (1) Identifying user requirements and performing research and analysis to determine conceptual design for solving business problems; (2) Working for full life cycle SAP HANA Implementation with security experience, Go-Live, and cutover issues, and production support issues; (3) Performing risk analysis using Compliance Calibrator tool like SAP GRC or VIRSA for the role assignment to the users and transaction assigning to the roles and suggesting on mitigation controls or remediation; (4) Handling user problems including, extending user validation, maintaining password restrictions, assigning roles to users, locking and unlocking users, and delimiting users; and (5) Implementing GRC Access Control modules like Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management, and Business Role Management.
