Class A Driver- Touch Freight- Oakland, KY

The Class A Local (CooLift) driver role is responsible for delivering smaller loads of products to our local store locations and merchandising the product within the store location. This route requires fingerprinting of the freight.

Pay Rate: $68,275/AnnuallyHours/Days of Work: 6am start time/Monday thru FridayLocation: Oakland, KY

Essential functions:

Transport products from the warehousing locations to the store locationsMerchandise products within the store facility to prepare for customer purchaseCoordinate delivery of products with local distribution managementAll other duties as reasonably assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications

Qualified individuals for this role will possess the following characteristics:

Valid Class A Driver’s License and DOT med cardSelf-motivated to be safe and effective on the job, including compliance with all DOT and FMCSA requirementsDesire to work in an individual atmosphere for a large percentage of the worktime.Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds on a frequent basisCustomer focused mentality and strong desire to meet retailer needs through on time product delivery.Meet the following insurance and alcohol board criteria: Aged 21 years or olderverifiable CDL driving experienceno more than two moving violations within the past two yearstwo or less preventable accidents within the last three yearsNo DUI/DWI or serious moving violations in the previous two yearsNo felonies within the previous two years, and no more than one misdemeanor or offense related to alcohol within previous two years
