Location is actively searching for Third Shift Packaging Inventory Control Specialist to ensure that throughput, workflow, and production plan goals are accomplished by supporting material handling and inventory control to support Warehouse Operations. Assist Warehouse and various Production departments by conducting training, participating in process improvements, and supporting material issue/problem resolution. Support programs, policies, and procedures in order to help the growth of AMI as a world class medical device manufacturer. Join our talented team at a global medical device company focused on Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™. Third Shift - Monday-Friday, 9:00pm- 5:30am Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Move materials throughout the facility as required. Responsible for picking and pulling material to fulfill work orders and deliveries. Forklift, stock pickers, and turret truck equipment operations. Performs needed stock adjustments in SAP and communicate as necessary. Responsible for replenishing supermarkets, Kanban, and other replenishment areas for Production support. Responsible for managing inventory levels for DTS items and other assigned materials. Performs cycle counting, bin audits, and inventory reconciliation through SAP. Supports in warehouse organization and put away. Troubleshoots inventory discrepancies. Accurately transfers material in SAP from one location to another. Works closely will all other Warehouse functions and other Production areas. Generates bin tags and ensures that information is accurate and complete. Adhere to all Quality System Requirements. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. 6 months of prior related experience desired. Basic computer knowledge (Windows applications) for material issuance and inventory tracking and control required. Skills: Basic knowledge of inventory concepts. Basic knowledge of MS Office required. Ability to operate SAP WM main functions Has a basic knowledge of production and manufacturing. Must have the ability to perform tasks by reading, understanding, and following work instructions/documents provided. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for manufacturing of products. Basic understanding of BOMs and Routers and their use for manufacturing. Knowledge of administrative procedures and computer systems such as word processing, managing files and records, Excel, Power Point, Agile, Documentum, SAP, and Microsoft Outlook. Knowledge:Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. Limited knowledge of industry practices and standards. Operate industrial equipment.Reasoning Ability:Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures.Discretion:Work is closely supervised.

Follows specific, detailed instructions. Reasoning Ability:Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizations exist. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Mathematical Skills:Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements. Language and Communication Skills:Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above.

Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management.
