The Entry Level Account Manager team cultivates and works in an atmosphere of innovation and strategic thinking. Our Entry Level Account Manager is at the forefront of our client relationships, acting as the liaison between our clients and customers, answering questions, building value in products/services, and ensuring a satisfactory experience for years to come. Core Functions of our Entry Level Account Manager: Explain the features of our client's products and services and vocalize the benefits, compared to the local competition Listen and connect with customers directly regarding their individual preferences Close out sales for interested and qualifying customers Maintain the relationship with existing and new customers through point of sale to product delivery, to ensure satisfaction Answer any customer inquiries using your expert knowledge learned through regular client training Report sales metrics, customer account information, and territory research to upper-level management and the compliance department Work cross-functionally with other entry-level Account Managers to ensure all client targets, goals, and objectives are met within a timely manner Requirements we look for when hiring our next Entry Level Account Manager: An associate's degree or Bachelor's in Management, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or related field is highly preferred, but not required 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or Account management role is required; additional training is provided Exceptional student mentality, learning from the entry-level Strong attention to detail Contagious personality and passion for working with others An indisputable work ethic and dedication to the team and the larger business goals Distinguished communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and customers professionally LI-Onsite
