Who we are:

Data Partnerships is the team that identifies, negotiates with, and manages the providers of data that power many of the Trade Desk's products (think audiences, measurement, identity and more). We pride ourselves on maintaining a robust and vibrant marketplace of data to give our clients a breadth of choice in how they operate on the platform. With more than 200 distinct partner relationships we have a lot of logistics to manage, performance to monitor, and reports to derive and deliver - all in the spirit of maintaining data marketplace vibrancy through growth. The Ops & Analytics team within Data Partnerships supports our global team of Partnership Managers with the program management, process, data and insights they need to efficiently and successfully manage both strategic projects and their partner relationships.

Who we are looking for:The Senior Manager, Data Partnerships Operations is a unique role that sits in the Data Partnerships organization and is tasked with improving internal processes and project managing strategic and operational initiatives at The Trade Desk. You're comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams, including teams in international regions such as Europe and Asia. You're able to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fluid, fast-paced work environment. You have both a service-oriented approach and an operational mindset and love diving into details to solve complex business problems. You have an interest in media and advertising technology.

What you'll do:

Drive operational excellence with Data Partnerships leadership, providing strategic and tactical support for the Data Partnerships team globallyLead and execute on long-term strategic projects that impact the Data Partnerships function and broader organizational goalsWork cross-functionally to identify operational pain points and create or improve internal processes/policies to address those pain pointsAnalyze and translate data into actionable insights that answer key business questions, inform executive decision-making, and support strategic planningArchitect and champion the adoption of sales tools and processes, partnering with cross-functional teams (BI, Legal, Product, Finance etc.) to maximize efficiency and effectivenessPerform financial and operational analyses to identify risks and opportunities related to The Trade Desk's data partnershipsQualifications

Program and/or project management experience driving cross-department change with multiple collaborative resources.Business acumen and consultative approach; demonstrated experience in driving productivity and disciplined management for sales and/or partnership teams.Strong business and emotional intelligence with ability to deliver insights and build objective business partnerships.Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.Ability to operate at both executive and tactical levels, while anticipating business needs and driving initiatives autonomously.Hands-on mentality with a focus on troubleshooting and effectively marshalling resources to achieve objectives.Expert in managing concurrent initiatives in complex matrixed environments and make objective-based decisions in the absence of perfect information and shifting circumstances.Experience driving and managing change through influence in a fluid environment.Comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity.Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. 5+ years of work experience in client service/sales operations and/or sales-adjacent functions.AdTech or SaaS industry experience preferred.Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, arrays, some modeling) and solid understanding of various technologies/tools such as CRM systems (e.g., SFDC), BI applications (e.g., Tableau), and project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet, MS Project, or Asana) used to optimize and streamline business processes.Proven track record in building relationships and effectively communicating with senior leaders to solve complex, cross-functional challenges in a fast paced, high-growth business environment.Deep experience in leading the design and scaling of business processes using multiple tools and methodologies.Demonstrated ability to execute strategically and drive projects from conception to completion.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in data analysis and distilling insights.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is

$123,900-$227,200 USD
