License: Current RN license Certifications: CPR/BLS (AHA or Red Cross only), NRP certification, Fetal Heart Monitoring Must-Have: Experience in a department with 200+ births per month, experience circulating C-sections Job Description: - Work in a 24-bed family birthing center- Provide comprehensive care during all phases of patient stay, from labor to postpartum- Utilize computer charting systems like EPIC- Wear facility-provided clean scrubs, with locker access for all caregivers- Be willing to float to assist in other locations if needed on a rare occasion Comments: This position may involve floating to other nearby locations if required. The initial orientation week will have 8 hours of non-billable time, and guaranteed hours do not apply during this period.
