Job Title: Paint- Night Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our night shift paint team. In this role, you will be responsible for racking and unracking parts, washing and cleaning parts for painting, and powdercoat painting a variety of parts ranging from small items to full-sized trailer beds. Standard metal shop environment with fabrication on one side of the building and weld/assembly on the other. All paint/blast operations are in a separate building. You will be on your feet most of the day and generally work as part of a team of 2-3 per project. The dress code requires long sleeves, and uniforms will be issued after a trial period. This position is for the 2nd shift, working from 4pm-3am, Monday through Thursday, with potential for additional hours on Fridays. We are open to training on days or a swing shift before transitioning to nights full-time.
