Job Description

Represent my client across diverse apparel segments, including activewear, outdoor, intimate apparel, swimwear, Ready-to-Wear, and denim.Highlight the value of the client's capabilities, products, innovations, and brand to drive fiber specification within the market.Develop a deep understanding of brand and retailer objectives to identify profitable opportunities across the supply chain.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at both prospective and existing accounts.Design impactful marketing and sales initiatives, including in-store and digital promotions, that align with retailer needs.Work closely with garment packagers and product development teams to ensure the client's technologies are specified in new products.Identify growth opportunities with new retailers, brands, and existing accounts.Collaborate with Technical and Strategic Product Directors to provide insights on trends, new product ideas, and marketing strategies.Use Salesforce to support account planning, track growth metrics, and ensure revenue targets are met.Coordinate efforts with Asia Commercial partners to drive value through the supply chain, from retailers to mills.Manage intellectual property, including trademarks and wordmarks.Maintain the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all responsibilities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience within apparel categories.Self-driven, highly motivated, with a "hunter" mentality and a strong passion for sales.Demonstrated track record of achieving sales growth and managing a complex sales cycle.Background in textiles or apparel, with expertise in B2B and consultative sales processes.Experience collaborating with product development, merchandising, and sourcing teams.Strong presentation and influence skills.Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.Excellent interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach and ability to work independently.Exceptional organizational skills and strategic economic thinking.Skilled in financial analysis, data interpretation, and profitability modeling.Capable of managing multiple business priorities effectively.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Willingness to travel within the USA and to Asia as needed.What's on Offer
