You will work on a client focused team providing defect & enhancement support for our Auto Finance lending application working closely with our client teams.An exciting time for our team as over the next several years, we will be transitioning from a mainframe-based Auto Finance lending application to a server-based Asset Finance lending application.What you will be doing•You will be working with the client in software design meetings and analyzing and interpreting user needs to determine technical requirements.•You will be writing technical specifications and business requirements documents and identifying solutions to non-standard tasks/queries.•You will be presenting technical solutions to the client in a non-technical, business focused method via use of storyboarding, and demos.•You are naturally inquisitive, a self-starter and work well in a team environment.•You love a challenge!What you bring•A bachelor's degree in information systems, finance, accounting or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.•A minimum of 5 years design and usability/business analyst experience in a financial services research and development environment, or banking/financial industry.•Ability to provide communication on issues or complex information to a wide audience based on knowledge.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent human relations, negotiation and documentation skills.Bonus if you have•Experience with Auto Suite, specifically Auto Finance and the financial industry.•Functional knowledge of traditional Project Management and Agile methodologies.•Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers.What we offer you•Attractive benefits including private medical cover, dental cover, and travel insurance.•A modern, international work environment and a dedicated and motivated team.•A broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities - FIS is your final career step!•A competitive salary and benefits.•Time to support charities and give back in your community.•Great workspaces with dedicated and motivated colleagues.FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $105,070.00 - $176,520.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
