BayCare offers a variety of assignment options including: . Region Float Pool -floats between a region of hospitals (PRN requiring 4 shifts in 6-week schedule to include 2 weekend shifts a holiday bundle)•System Pool- 13-week full time assignment for assigned department - unit provided schedule - block scheduling not available. . Seasonal Pool only offered Nov-Feb and MUST LIVE GREATER THAN 100 MILES FROM FACILITIES-13-26 WEEK MULTI HOSPITAL ASSIGNMENTS-will be floating between 5 hospitals in Pinellas/Pasco Counties (Region 1) or 4 hospitals in Hillsborough/Pasco counties (Region 2)Requirements:•Registered Nurse license •BLS & ACLS (AHA) are required, and cannot expire within 30-days of start date •Associate degree in nursing (ASN). BSN is preferred.•2 years current ICU RN experience in a hospital setting is required. Comfortable with floating to variety of units and hospitals.•Prior experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred. . CCRN preferred.•Must have independent transportation for assignments/shifts. •Flexibility •Travel Nurse experience preferred.
