Position / Specialty: MS/Tele RN. Ratios: Normal Ratios for med/surg, Day and Eve 5:1, Nights 6 or 7:1. Stretch Ratios for Med/Surg Day/Eve 6:1 Nights 9-10:1. We have PCT’s on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG’s and any sort of activity of daily living. We have an in-house phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is responsible for PICC lines and central lines. Years of experience REQ: 1. First-timers accepted: Yes. Weekend REQ: EOW. Is on-call REQ? No. Open to accommodating block schedule? They will try but not guaranteed. Guaranteed Hours: 36. Special Requirements: Tele required. Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? Float to MS, ICU, ED. If staff float to ICU or ED it is to care for Med/Surg level patients or be helping hands. Will not practice outside of scope.Additional Details
No locals (50 miles). Pending License accepted: No. RTO Restrictions: We will not allow more than 1 week RTO in a contract. No holiday RTO - The agency nurse will not work all holidays but we need to use our discretion on which holiday we will need the agency nurse to work.
