WHAT YOU'LL DO A Facilities Maintenance/Shuttle Driver at our Cedar Valley Inn serves our guests by ensuring the upkeep of the facility, guest rooms, grounds and pool in clean and working order while creating a hospitable and People Pleasing environment. They also ensure the safe and friendly transportation of our Cracker Barrel trainees to and from our Home Offices from the hotel.

Major Responsibilities: Ensure that hotel facilities, equipment and utilities are maintained and functioning properly according to Cracker Barrel standards Maintain upkeep and daily cleaning of pool and pool area Maintain grounds by mowing grass and general landscaping Use general electrical and plumbing skills to make general repairs throughout facility Perform painting and carpet cleaning according to planned schedules and as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace Accommodate guests by providing excellent customer service Meet company standards of safety, quality, production, attendance, and workplace behavior while efficiently completing daily room assignments Follow Cedar Valley Inn operational policies and procedures, including those for safety and security, to ensure the safety of all associates and visitors throughout the day Maintain the Pleasing People mission by following Cracker Barrel Rules of Conduct Maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor throughout shift to ensure a positive employee/guest experience Provide safe transportation for Cracker Barrel employees WHAT YOU'LL NEED WHATS IN IT FOR YOU??
