License: MI License required at time of application Certifications: - Required: BLS, NRP, CRT or RRT- Preferred: ACLS, CPFT, PALS, RPFT Must-Have: - Adult, Peds, and OB experience- Compliance with certification requirements- COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required- Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) Job Description: - Provide respiratory care to patients across the adult, pediatric, and obstetric units.- Assist with high-risk deliveries, including C-sections, to ensure optimal respiratory care.- Float within the hospital as necessary, adapting to various specialty needs.- Complete modules during orientation, with up to 8 hours billable.- Ensure all necessary background checks and lab appointments are completed promptly upon assignment acceptance.- Maintain updated certifications as required by the unit and ensure compliance with hospital standards.- Prepare and submit any needed compliance documents within the specified timeframe.- Update and manage patient records using the hospital's designated system during the shift.
