Unlock your potential!Job Summary and Qualifications

The Telecomm Operator will operate a console telephone switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing and inter-facility calls, providing information to callers as appropriate. Additional duties will include performing various hospital communication duties such as overhead paging, beeper paging, monitoring alarms, gas levels and fire alarms, and alerting personnel of impending disasters, fires and codes notifying appropriate personnel as required. Other duties include, but are not limited to, training new hires, keeping resources updated, cleaning the work space, and all other duties deemed necessary by the management team. This is an entry-level position working under limited supervision. Work situations are basically routine and require strong communication skills, and a service oriented individual. Job may include direct supervision of students at the discretion of the area supervisor.What qualifications you will need:

Experience in customer service position, PBX experience preferred.Basic reading comprehension required.
