Senior Finance Manager- Manufacturing

LaSalle Network has partnered with an established manufacturer in Schaumburg, IL to hire on a Senior Finance Manager. This individual will lead their finance team, bringing comprehensive expertise in accounting, financial analysis, cost management and inventory control. The ideal candidate will drive financial strategy, provide critical insights and manage a team of regional controllers. This role is budgeted up to a base salary of $170,000 with additional bonus. Senior Finance Manager Responsibilities: Oversee comprehensive financial operations, including monthly close processes, financial reporting and strategic budgeting Manage a team of five finance professionals, providing leadership, mentorship and professional development Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems and inventory management protocols Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic business decisions Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and executive management Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy Collaborate across departments to align financial strategies with organizational objectives Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and regulatory requirements Senior Finance Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA preferred CPA certification strongly desired 8+ years of progressive financial management experience in manufacturing environment Proven track record of team leadership and management Advanced Excel and financial software expertise Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management techniques Advanced financial modeling Proficiency in ERP systems Budget development and variance analysis Inventory valuation methods Financial reporting and consolidation Strategic thinking Excellent communication Leadership and team development Problem-solving Attention to detail Senior Finance Manager Benefits: Base Salary Range: Up to $170,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package Performance-based bonus potential If you are interested in the Senior Finance Manager role, please apply today!
