Job Details:
Monitor timeliness of credentialing processes, including response to inbox through to closing files for assigned team.Report any identified delays to Credentialing Manager for further evaluation and resolution. •Perform 1st level review of adverse reports received during credentialing processAssure and provide team case coverage in absence of team credentialing specialistProvide direction and guidance to credentialing staff relative to performing their job duties.Review workflows to identify accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.Maintain accuracy of all credentialing records required to close a fileBenefits

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
High school diploma is required. Bachelor's preferred.5 years of work experience with 2 years in Credentialing or Human ResourcesProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookKnowledge of working databasesExperience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organization and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.Ability to work independently and within a group with minimal supervisionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent writing and verbal communication
