Junior Target Systems Analyst
***This position requires an active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph security clearance***
The Junior Target Systems Analyst will provide professional intelligence to full time employees (FTE) with experience in developing target intelligence materials in accordance with Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction (CJSCSI) 3370.01C "Target Development Standards". These FTE's perform target strategy intelligence planning support, target discovery and intermediate target development (ITD) to support ongoing deliberate Joint Intelligence Operations Center Europe (JIOCEUR) target planning.
Compensation & Benefits:Estimated Starting Salary Range for Jr Target Systems Analyst: $80,000-$90,000 annuallyPay commensurate with experience.Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.Junior Target Systems Analyst Responsibilities Include:
Provide EUCOM J2-T (ECJ2-T) directed targeting requirements to identify, prioritize, and develop targets for inclusions in The United States European Commands (EUCOM) Joint Target Lists (JTL), Restricted Target Lists (RSL) and No-Strike Lists (NSL).Participate in EUCOM Target Development Working Group Video Teleconferences (VTCs) and recurring analytical collaboration meetings with ECJ2-T, staff, and components.Prepares and databases target folders in conjunction with and per the direction of the ECJ2-T Target Development Branch Chief.Develops targets to the intermediate level in accordance with EUCOM vetting requirements and ECJ2-T target development standardsAs required, conducts periodic visits to Headquarter EUCOM in Stuttgart Germany.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Junior Target Systems Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
Education & Experience
•High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
•4-6 years of imagery analysis experience within the Intelligence Community, at the national, service, or operational level.
•Demonstrated experience authoring technical intelligence analysis products.
•Proficiency in producing summary reports, mission graphics, database annotations, and ad-hoc reports supporting team production.
Certifications (Preferred)
•DoD or Service-Level Geospatial Analyst and/or Imagery Exploitation Certifications.
•DoD or Joint-Level Target Development Course Certification (Basic/Intermediate/Advanced).
•Joint Intermediate Target Development (JITD) Course.
Technical Knowledge
•Comprehensive understanding of Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction (CJCSI) 3370.01C Target Development Standards, European Command Memorandum (ECM) 3303.01, and ICD 203 Analytical Tradecraft Standards.
•Familiarity with Intelligence Community policies, resources, missions, operations, and databases for multi-source intelligence research, planning, and targeting analysis.
•In-depth experience with GEOINT systems, such as iSpy, RemoteView, DIEE, and NES.
•Familiarity with IC databases, including NPW, JTT, Cornerstone, and Cedalion.
•Proficiency in DoD all-source and GEOINT exploitation systems, and IC-standard graphics creation.
Skills & Abilities
•Skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
•Effective independent and team collaboration.
•Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
•High attention to detail and experience in quality control, with a track record of high performance.
•Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task proactively.
Other Requirements
•US citizenship required.
•Ability to travel domestically and internationally (15%).
•Valid US Passport with at least one year before expiration.
•Must pass a federal background check and pre-employment drug screening
•Meet pre-employment requirements by Cherokee Federal.
•Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance verifiable in DISS.
•Current C.I. polygraph or willingness to obtain prior to hire.
