JOB SUMMARY
Oversee data collection, analysis, and summary for business decisionsIdentify reusable data opportunities across the organization and validate data sourcesStay updated on new tools, technologies, and functionalities across applicationsCollaborate with customers, vendors, business analysts, and project teams to resolve data flow and content issuesEnsure data integrity and compliance through profiling and validationFacilitate client meetings to gather and document requirements and explore solutionsCreate and test business specifications and scenarios to validate system designAnalyze and document business requirements and processes, creating conceptual modelsCoordinate with IT groups and vendors to define requirements and facilitate solutionsSupport testing processes by analyzing results and addressing issuesProvide support for production issues and perform root cause analysisEnsure proper documentation and timely delivery of functional artifacts
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree5 years of related experienceAnalytical functions (Partition By, Rank, Sum, etc.), optimization, error handling, integration with multiple datasetsUnderstanding of Star Schema, Snowflake, Bill Inmon, and Ralph Kimball methodologiesProficiency in SQL (Joins, Group By, Window functions, etc.), and ideally healthcare experience, though other domains are acceptable
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS.
3 years of healthcare experienceExperience with EDI transactions and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, ACAFamiliarity with FACETS, IKA, PEGA, and Windows/UNIX operating systemsStrong understanding of HIPAA data privacy and security standardsProficiency in Oracle databases, including PL/SQL, indexing, partitioning, and optimizationAbility to work within a data warehousing environment with complex ETL processes
