Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a nonprofit service organization seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to provide support to staff and members. If you bring experience with administrative support and the ability to work in a self-directed environment, apply now!This is a part time role 3 days/week not to exceed 24 hours, fully on site.

Responsibilities:Manage files and documentationAnswer and screen calls; direct to appropriate staff as neededAct as first point of contact for members and handle initial intakeMaintain communication with staff, vendors, and membersUpdate spreadsheetsSend email and marketing communicationManage dropbox

Qualifications/Background Profile:Minimum HS Diploma, College degree preferredProficient with MS OfficeKnowledge of QuickBooks, social and email marketing tools a plusExcellent phone etiquette and communication skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize competing priorities

This job is In-Person.

Pay Range: Hourly $18.00 to $20.00
