Validation of reporting and processes to assure customer success and satisfaction. ~ 25 % allocation of time Work cohesively with a team as well as all divisions of company. Customer-first approach. Drive special projects with other teams to provide feedback and develop improvements to processes and systems. ~ 20 % allocation of time Maintain multiple customers' operating systems and application versions. Patch / Update OS, VDI, and Networking applications and appliances. ~ 20 % allocation of time Triage & remediate incoming alerts. Update and Manage case backlog based on internal policies. ~ 10 % allocation of time Crisis Management - Identify any high priority issues, escalate to the next level, and plan process to remediate. Minimum Qualifications : High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years' experience in a related field Experience patching multiple environments Proficiency in computer usage, internet, and Microsoft Office suite of applications. Basic Networking (Ping, Trace Route, Gateway, DNS, Subnet, IP Address, MAC Address) Basic Active Directory Basic Troubleshooting Fundamentals Basic understanding of what the Cloud is. Basic understanding of what Virtualization is. Basic understanding of how technology interacts (ex: how does AD effect logging into a computer if there's no network) Work 40+ hours a week. (NOC/Patching team operates 8x5 and potential maintenance windows) Shift can vary based on maintenance work required. Full time onsite / potential hybrid remote Preferred Qualifications : CompTIA A+ Certification CompTIA Cloud+ Certification CompTIA Network+ Certification Microsoft Azure AZ-900 Certification Microsoft Azure AZ-104 Certification Microsoft Azure AZ-140 Certification Fortinet NS4 Administrator Certification Fortinet NS4 Administrator (Specialty) Certification Degree in related discipline Knowledge in Active Directory Knowledge in Networking Server Performance Monitoring Citrix Desktop and/or Hosted Applications SalesForce N-able VMWare Horizon View Azure Fortigate Velo Cloud Veeam USD 25.58 - 38.37 per hourCompensation:Hourly base pay rate is $25.58 - $38.37/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Benefits:Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
