The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and be passionate about facilitating efficient and productive team collaboration. As a Scrum Master, you will guide and support our development teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile practices, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. This is a remote position.Responsibilities may include:Organize and facilitate all scrum related meetings (stand-ups, program increment planning, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospectives, other reviews, demos, etc.)Work with the team to develop project plans, roadmaps and manage backlogCommunicate team plans, report impediments for escalation, identify risks/concerns to relevant stakeholders to help resolveGuide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practicesHelp the team identify and remove impediments to progressCollaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritizedPromote a culture of continuous improvement and teamworkTrack and report on project progress and team performanceSupport the team in achieving high levels of performance and qualityFoster an environment of transparency, trust, and open communicationRequirementsActive clearance highly desired.
