RTO after booking is not allowed and is not allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR. Ratios: 1:6-7 Shift: NIGHT 3x12-Hour 36 Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the unit through the holidays RTO: 7 days MAX; Float Requirement: YES REQUIRED Weekend Requirement: 5-6 weekend shifts (equates to every other weekend) Contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. Contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster. Consolidation to the Centralized Office mid contract may occur and the contract staff may be preassigned to units as needed. PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Congestive Heart Failure; Arrhythmias; Post cardiac Cath SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Unit monitors cardiac patients. Cardiac Drips (Dobutamine, Amiodarone, Cardizem, Milrinone, Dopamine, etc). Sheaths Pulls, TR Bands, Femstop UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication): Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR SCHEDULING TYPE: Self UNIT ORIENTATION: 24 hours SCRUBS: Navy Job Requirements Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Traveler Experience: NOT REQUIRED Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes Skills: Telemetry AND PCU/DOU/IMC/StepdowN experience. Interpretation of dysrhythmias and remote monitoring required. Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery, and Sheath Removal experience required.
