Responsibilities:
Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.Manage contracts and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.Oversee project budgets, including cost estimation and financial tracking.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to industry regulations.Facilitate communication among team members to promote collaboration and efficiency.
Requirements:
3+ years background managing structured cabling projects.Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Experience with cabling infrastructure (copper and fiber optics)Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.Familiarity with Panduit, Commscope, Siemens, and Legrand.Excellent project scheduling capabilities to manage timelines efficiently.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.BICSI Certifications a plus.Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Bluebeam.
