Job Title : Loan, Lending Support Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84111, USA Hybrid (3 days on-site) Duration: 12 Months Contract Pay Range is $20-23.70/hr. on W2 Job Description: Top 5 Skills/Experience: Bachelors Degree (REQUIRED) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat Communication Skills, fluent in English, clear written and verbal communication Prior experience in Lending Operations within a Financial Services company is preferred Technically adapt to working with new systems Primary Responsibilities: Accountable for daily operations and servicing for the Security Based Lending product ETRADE Line of Credit Perform functions related to maintaining and processing key client accounts updates Review specific loans/borrowers analytically looking for potential credit risks Follow the required actions as outlined in the Risk Governance Framework Policies & Procedures and other risk management processes Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Perform other duties as assigned by the team Skills Required: Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong internal and external customer focus Highly effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel Detail-oriented and keen to identify and mitigate risk within a process Strong team player with the ability to work across multiple teams and different regions Quick learner to be able to grasp concepts to perform the functions required Ability to communicate clearly in understanding key concept of risk underwriting Experience: Bachelor degree, ideally in Operations, Finance, Accounting, or business related fields Prior experience in Lending Operations within a Financial Services company is preferred About ASK: ASK Consulting is an award-winning technology and professional services recruiting firm servicing Fortune 500 organizations nationally.
