We want to welcome go-getters who are motivated to focus on pooling resources, knowledge, and skills to get the job done Summary/Objective Perform as the main customer liaison for any quality-related customer concerns and verify the implementation of solutions and/or corrective actions. Essential Functions Scan product accessories. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Verify the accuracy of quality reports, records, corrective actions, etc. Chair meetings and events, arrange & schedule needed resources and training for personnel, order supplies and tools. Work closely with quality product auditors, 2nd & 3rd party auditors. Chart, and graph audit results. Unwrap bags on cars. Drive different vehicles. Verify kits competition. Competencies Effective communicator in listening, writing, and verbal. Must be detail oriented. Ability to solve problems. Ability to work as a team. Ability to organize and prioritize competing responsibilities. Punctual and dependable person. Ability to lead a team. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no direct reports. Work Environment Well-lighted, heated, and/or air-conditioned indoor office, production setting, outdoor/indoor shop environment, or enclosed vehicle with adequate ventilation and protection from extreme weather conditions. Physical Demands Moderate physical activity performing strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative or production/technical nature. Manual dexterity is sufficient to reach and handle items. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are primarily 8 hours each day, Monday through Friday on a day shift. This position may require overtime. Travel Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air. Required Education and Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Education and Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Computer Operations Basic personal computer skills. Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be able to obtain TWIC badge (transportation Working Identification Card).
