Job Description Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, from pre-construction to final handover. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project milestones. Lead regular site meetings, addressing any challenges and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns proactively. Oversee procurement of materials and management of project resources. Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of construction management software and tools.
