We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing construction projects, including roads, sewers, sanitary and storm, and watermains. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals and municipalities and governmental agencies.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and buildings.Conduct site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and other).Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.Prepare and present public reports, such as bid proposals, environmental impact statements, and property descriptions.Manage and supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.Ensure compliance with government regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success.Use computer-aided design (CAD) software for project design and planning.Provide technical advice and solve problems on-site.Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) license must have.Proven experience as a Civil Engineer.Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance bonuses.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.
