WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE SPONSORSHIP AT THIS TIME.JOB SUMMARY We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team. This role will support both clinical operations and revenue cycle processes by analyzing key data metrics, setting up dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy across various healthcare metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong healthcare background and proficiency in data analytics, with experience in operational and clinical performance indicators, including patient throughput, billing, and claims processing.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Data Analysis and Validation: Analyze data across clinical and operational metrics, such as patient wait times, length of stay, patient volume, and throughput, ensuring that information is accurate and reliable.Dashboard Oversight: Collaborate with an external vendor to ensure dashboards are set up accurately to track essential metrics, validate data, and confirm reports reflect accurate and relevant operational and financial insights.Operational Metrics and Reporting: Develop and validate reports related to both clinical operations and revenue cycle processes. Analyze metrics such as CPT codes, claim processes, and other healthcare-specific billing analytics to enhance operational efficiency.Strategic Data Oversight: Execute strategic data analysis and oversight across clinical operations, supporting management and educational initiatives over 38 locations. Ensure data-driven insights align with operational goals.Integration Post-Acquisition: Manage seamless data integration for new healthcare practices post-acquisition, incorporating data from multiple specialists and locations to streamline operations and ensure consistent metrics.Clinic Staffing Model Development: Maintain and innovate clinic staffing matrix based on patient volume and operational data, uncovering potential growth opportunities and driving efficiencies that could lead to significant revenue improvement.KPI Refinement and Monitoring: Establish and refine clinical and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance staff satisfaction.Quality Control and Performance Standards: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control and performance metrics through regular audits and assessments, ensuring high standards in clinical and operational excellence.Reporting: Create and maintain detailed reports that provide insight into operational performance. Develop dashboards, visualizations, and presentations that summarize complex data for management and stakeholders.NextGen Practice Management: Utilize NextGen practice management software to extract, organize, and analyze data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Experience with this software is strongly preferred to maximize the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.REQUIREMENTS:•Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.•Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare data analytics, with a strong focus on clinical operations, billing, or claims.•Knowledge of CPT codes, healthcare billing practices, and claims processes.•Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).•Strong understanding of healthcare operational metrics, including patient wait times, length of stay, and patient flow through facilities.•Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.•Strong communication skills to present data insights to both clinical and operational teams.BENEFITS:•Competitive compensation and bonus•Healthcare, dental, vision, HSA, 401k with match •PTO based upon experience
