As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Quality Control and Assurance team supporting production and ensuring compliance with FDA guidelines for food and dietary supplements, as well as internal quality and safety standards.Job Title: Quality TechnicianLocation: Broken Arrow, OKWhat's the Job? Monitor, inspect, and test products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with FDA guidelines for food and dietary supplements, as well as internal quality and safety standards. Implement quality control processes, analyze data, and troubleshoot quality issues. Work closely with the production and quality assurance teams to ensure the integrity, consistency, and safety of the company's products. Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and City Control Points), and FDA regulations. Provide training and support to production and quality assurance teams. Implementing SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures).What's Needed? Flexibility in shift, for 1st and 2nd shift. High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates or bachelor's degree in food science, Chemistry, Biology or related field preferred. 2 years of experience in quality control and assurance. Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and City Control Points), and FDA regulations. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
