Summary
ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist for ASM Global/Caesars Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square. Primary responsibility is the design and creation of all ASM Global Complex print and online event, promotional and sales advertising and collateral. Responsible for the development of presentations for Upper Management as needed. This position will also be responsible for deploying e-blasts and making periodic updates to the facility websites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Creation and deployment of eblasts related to venue pre-sales, on-sales and special promotions to drive ticket revenue and the number of click-throughs to venue complex websites
Responsible for utilizing Ticketmaster tools and marketing resources (i.e. TM One) to create broadened exposure, drive ticket sales, and analyze/report on incoming data from various online marketing platforms
Develop the creative for the Social Media Content Calendar to increase exposure and drive engagement across all channels
Creation of ticketed event-related print/online ad collateral as coordinated with the Event Marketing Coordinator
General maintenance of all three venue complex websites as well as daily updates to the event schedule, event-related informational pages, artwork, and sales materials
Creation of event-related digital signage at all venues within the complex
Creation and deployment of eblasts, print and online ads to market the venue complex and drive new private event bookings
Creating, updating and ordering of all sales collateral as needed
Creation of artwork for promotional/sales gifts as needed
Design of quarterly internal employee newsletter in coordination with Guest Services Team
Design of all collateral, print signage, newsletters, presentations and internal communications for the venue complex and the Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District (LSED) as requested
Responsible for maintaining and increasing the in-house email database for the venue complex through creative strategies in order to increase ticket sales, ancillary revenues and bookings
Responsible for maintaining library and archiving all photographs on servers for venue complex use
Assist Event Marking Manager with artist/promoter gifts and event related activations
Event setup photography & event day documentation as needed
All other duties as assigned

Advanced knowledge of and demonstrated ability in Adobe Creative Suite, including, but not limited to: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Bridge, AfterEffects,
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Understanding of best practices and experience with email marketing, paid social media, and database management
Strong time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize to meet tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and creative writing skills
Strong proofreading abilities
Creative thinker who can work both independently and as part of a team
Working knowledge of website content management and e-mail campaign management
Basic Photography Skills
Ability to work irregular hours as needed
Ability to physically move around the facility
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, graphic design or related field preferred
Must have at a minimum of 3-4 years professional graphic design experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must possess a valid Louisiana Driver’s license at the time of appointment and throughout employment
