Elevator Operator - Camp Hill, PAThis is a full-time, hourly level position.
Job Requirements:This job works in the Distribution department of the plant. This position will fill in for vacations, sick days and other time off for distribution staff. This position will also fill additional shifts of packaging, loading or unloading if customer demand requires. The remaining time will require this position to perform sanitation duties.
Qualifications for this job include, but are not limited to:
Ability to stand and walk continuously for 8 hours if necessaryAbility to climb stairs and laddersAbility to lift and carry 50 pounds/23 kilogramsAbility to work at heights and wear standard fall protection safety gearMust be willing to rotate shifts and work overtimeMust be willing to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, weekends and required overtimeMust have reliable transportation to work including on 2nd and 3rd shiftMust be able to direct other employees in proper safety, food safety, and sanitation proceduresMust be able to read and speak EnglishMust be able to complete paperwork and plant control documentation in both written and computerizedMust be willing to learn about and operate all equipment in the distribution departmentMust be able to learn to operate a fork lift in the warehouseMust be willing to follow all safety and food safety rules and proceduresMust be willing to learn and operate all equipment in the Bulk Feed LoadoutMust be willing to learn and operate all equipment in the Rail Bulk Flour Unload areaMust be willing to learn and operate the plant locomotiveThis position will require work outside of the building in normal exterior temperatures during all seasonsADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
