Do you have a passion for supporting managers administratively? Are you organized, detail-oriented, and a problem solver? If so - we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are hiring a Sr. Administrative Support professional to support a department (and the department head) at a global technology company in Auburn Hills. Experience working with corporate customers or with event planning / scheduling customer meetings is ideal. This is a hybrid, contract to potential hire opportunity to join a company that is a leader in their field. The interview process starts within a week, so today if you are interested and qualified!
salary: $20 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of administrative functions to support senior staff including:
Assist with planning travel arrangements and processing expenses
Coordinate meetings and schedule / plan customer related events
Support HR, Legal and other office services
Skills

Preparing Agendas
Maintaining Calendars
Creating Presentations

Qualifications
Years of experience: 4 years
