Key Responsibilities

Program Management:

Manage multiple, interdependent IT projects

Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines

Monitor program progress

Stakeholder Management

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, and senior leadership on project updates, risks, and impacts

Facilitate cross-departmental cooperation and manage expectations

Resource & Vendor Management

Allocate and manage internal and external resources efficiently

Establish and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring service levels are met

Negotiate contracts, SOWs, and vendor deliverables

Requirements & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)

Experience:

5+ years of experience in IT project/program management.

Proven experience managing large-scale IT programs with multiple workstreams

Certifications:

PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications preferred.

Skills:

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Exceptional communication skills

IT background of apparel / fashion industry business processes preferred

Understanding of IT infrastructure preferred
